ABOUT NIKKOLA

I'm Nikkola. Scorpio. Human Design Projector 3/5. A natural guide and to my friends I get called both "grafter" and "oracle". I've spent 25 years making mistakes so you don't have to, which means when I sit with you, I already know what's coming before you've finished the sentence.

I'm an architect. You bring the brief. We take your business apart together and build it back up in a way that actually fits. What I bring to that build: 25+ years across legal, non-profit, charity, fintech, wellness, events and retreats. A degree in Social Psychology. A CIM Diploma in events, and a masters in something totally unrelated, because I wanted to. Expertise in business strategy, operations, systems, automations, and the invisible infrastructure that makes a business run, or when not kept in check, will run you into the ground.

I also bring Human Design, astrology, intuition, and a firm belief that the best strategy is built around who you actually are, not who you think you need to be. As a Projector and a Scorpio, I see you clearly and quickly. I see the path before you do. And as a 3/5, everything I know I learned the hard way, which means when I tell you something, I've lived it. It isnt made up fluff, or something from a text book.
