How much of my time does this take?

The goal of this partnership is to give you time back — not take more of it. Outside of our monthly strategy session and fortnightly check-ins, the heavy lifting is done by me. You approve the strategy. I build the systems.

I've hired VAs and tech people before who didn't get my brand. How is this different?

I am not a VA or a tech implementer. I am your strategic partner and integrator. We begin with a deep-dive alignment so every system, funnel and email sequence sounds exactly like you — just connected properly for the first time. I translate your vision into working infrastructure.
