Some people are born with a to-do list in one hand and a yoga mat in the other. I’m one of them.
Hi, I’m Nikkola—founder of Rebel for Business, a business strategist and ops & systems support. I'm also a mother of four (yes, four, including one fabulous little five-year-old who keeps me humble and highly caffeinated). I'm based in Wilsden, Yorkshire and also work remotely delivering sessions online. As part of my daily wellbeing strategy, I walk every day mostly through woods and near local waterfalls. I love travel, with a piece of my heart being left in Ibiza, Thailand and Cambodia.
My friends used to call me 'Amazon', 'boho chic' and grafter equal parts earthy calm and organisation queen. These days, I associate myself as a Projector in Human Design, aka a natural guide with an eye for the bigger picture, an uncanny ability to see the path, and a typical Scorpio with a gift for helping others walk it with confidence.
I’ve worn many hats over the past 25+ years: business owner, legal executive for a Leeds law firm, admin manager, office manager, event planner, retreat coordinator, training facilitator, office set-up extraordinaire, and even a florist (yes, I ran a flower shop and online wedding flower business) and a yoga-for-kids programme before it was cool.

My academic toolbox includes a BA in Social Psychology, a Master’s in International Human Rights Practice, and a CIM diploma in Event Management and Marketing as well as a bunch of training in safeguarding, administration, protective behaviours and more. But my real education? That came from raising three children solo while putting myself through university, building businesses, saying yes to big ideas with no roadmap, and learning to trust my own instincts (and spreadsheets).
At Rebel for Business, I help busy business owners, creative entrepreneurs, wellness professionals, and (aspiring) retreat leaders turn chaos into clarity.
I’m here for the visionaries who have big dreams but no time, who feel overwhelmed by admin, tech, or logistics, and just want someone who
gets it to make it all run smoothly.
Whether it’s project management, event/retreat planning, setting up streamlined systems and automations that actually work, or clarity and strategy needs, I’m the integrator (and cheerleader) you need to bring your ideas to life with both strategy and soul.
When I’m not mapping out your launch sequence or building a timeline that would make NASA proud, you’ll find me walking in the woods, dreaming over a life of Ibizan sunsets, dancing in the kitchen to music, or savouring moments of stillness with my family and Persian cat, Missy (who thinks she’s the boss, and honestly, she is!).
