How does "Ops on Demand" work?
Think of it as having a Fractional COO in your back pocket. You get high-level strategic support and systems execution when you need it, without the overhead of a full-time hire. We focus on agility and impact.
What is included in the Concierge/Admin service?
From managing complex calendars and travel to handling client onboarding and inbox triage, we take the administrative weight off your shoulders so you can stay in your visionary zone.
How quickly can we start?
We pride ourselves on a seamless "Rebel" onboarding. Once we’ve aligned on your needs during a Clarity Call, we can typically have your support structure active within 7–10 days.
Is there a long-term commitment?
While our 6-month VIP partnership is for deep transformation, our Ops and Concierge services are designed to be flexible. Retainer contracts we ask for a minimum of 3 of 10 hours per month for 3 months. We offer various retainer levels to suit your current business season.
